Galaxy Bar itself is a fantastic place and I enjoyed the evening overall. However, the hostess named Loulou at the entrance was not professional in the way she spoke to guests. First impressions matter, especially at upscale venues. Very rude person to be at a door of an amazing venue.
I visited Galaxy Bar on Saturday for the first time, and I absolutely loved it. The vibe inside was amazing, everything felt just amazing. The cocktails were excellent. A special thank you to the GM (I’m so sorry I forgot the name 🤭), and also to the lovely woman at the entrance, she was incredibly warm, sweet, and fun, and made the whole experience even better. Thank you for such a great night. I will definitely be coming back!
Worth visiting, but a bit disappointing. Atmosphere is unique and attractive. Cool that they have a DJ later on a Friday with good music. However, cocktails are not up to par of that of a world’s top 50 bar. No explanation of the drink is given and the drinks are very overpriced. What makes it all worse is this is a small bar and they allow cigarette smoking inside. Lastly, they don’t even have their own bathroom which is extremely weird for any bar never mind a world’s top bar. You have to leave and walk through an extremely crowded restaurant of rich people eating, drinking and smoking and then share a small crowded bathroom with them. Worth checking out the bar for a bucket list visit, but I wouldn’t go back.
Came here at the weekend after a quick online search of bars nearby. We were really impressed by the atmosphere, service and quality of drinks. The server automatically asked us if we needed recommendations and we explained our likes & preferences. We really enjoyed our cocktails, I loved my cosmos club. We would definitely recommend to others to visit. The only negatives were the smoking and the fact they don't have their own toilet.
Very nice bar at the heart of DIFC. The area itself doesn't have anything that's not special. This bar is cool, their theme is you guessed it, a bar with a ceiling full of bright stars. The bar itself is small and kind of compact. You'd have to reserve obviously, and they'd provide you with a table for 2 hours, then you might have to move to the bar. The service is impeccable especially with waiters like Ali, who's been very helpful and friendly! They are know as the top 45th bar in the world. With some other awards that i don't recall, all i can say is that their drinks are delicious! But the drinks are tiny and kind of overpriced! But in any case it's a nice place to be and the vibe is fun! Recommended!!
